My First Valentine's Card

I really had been planning to update this blog as much as possible...but with moving and being so busy driving to Estevan just about every weekend....you really are being neglected so - I apologize.

I do have a new card for you today though!!!

This is my first card using my cuttlebug! I brushed the swirls using a small glittery stamp pad...gotta have some glitter!! Then watercolored the love with Stampin' Up!'s watercolor crayons. The hearts are from an awesome stamp set from Autumn Leaves, and I added some silver glitter to the middle of the hearts.

I hope you all enjoy my card and have time to make more cards then I do....lol..

Talk to you all again real soon....I promise!

All Moved!!

Well, we are all moved into our new apartment in Estevan, and I am moved into my parents basement for a little while. Our move was very exciting, we froze our butts off, and a few things got broken.
And then I went to start up my computer, and guess what, I have a trojan horse, that is causing my computer to restart and restart.... man does that ever suck.....

So the Dell guy told me that I need to somehow back up everything and then reinstall windows. He was absolutely no help at all, all he said was that I have to take my computer to a computer shop to back up the files and then press F11 and my computer will reinstall windows, and I will lose everything on it. Oh, why can't he just fix it for me??? I have no idea how I got this trojan, because the last time I used the computer it was just fine, all I thought was that I was trying to hook it up wrong.

I will not be posting much at all for the next little while, because I am borrowing my Mom's computer. I have absolutely no new cards made, sorry guys, but as soon as I can get working on something, I will be sure to post it!!

For now, Take Care!!!

MOVING, MOVING, MOVING

Hi Everyone,

So this is it, we are moving this weekend and next week!! I am going to be packing like a crazy woman this weekend, and then on Sunday Night, Dusten will be home and we will pack and hopefully move everything on Wednesday.

I can't believe it's time to move already!!!

Here is a card I made for a guy friend of mine. He went to cooking school, so I thought that the chef was great for him...and it's cute too...lol!!! The set is another Stampin' Up! set called Voila.

I used the Stampin' Up! Wondercolor Crayons to color him and to outline the chef...I think it just adds so much more to the card, don't you?

I also used the Stampin' Up! Color Spritzer tool to spray some brown ink around him. Sure works better when you know how to use it. Thanks to Amy Rysavy and her awesome blog tutorial!! For those of you who haven't checked out her blog and tool reviews, click here for her blog.

Well, now off to bed, because I have tons and tons to do in the next few days.
