Just because

Hello friends!

Today I have a card that I made a couple of weeks ago. I just love this image and wish I had more time to make cards sometimes!! Sure would be use to use every image that I own at least once, wouldn't it??

Sorry for being the slowest poster ever.... I wish there were more hours in a day sometimes.

I think I colored this image with copics as the base and then prismacolor pencils. I've been looking at some wonderful copic tutorials lately, but really like the depth I get with this technique, plus every image I have colored with only copics, has looked kind of scary!!

Have a wonderful weekend!! And thanks for the amazing comments. You guys are the best!!

Hi Trina, this is beautiful, ohh I love the papers and your fantastic layout, the colouring is wonderful so detailed. I know what you mean about using each stamp just once lol, we've all the same lol take care and hugs Jill xx

Hi Trina! This is a lovely autumn/fall card and I love the soothing colors. You have colored her beautifully, and I agree, using Prismacolor pencils over Copics somehow adds a nice depth and deeper color. I've always admired your coloring skills, and your Mom's (like mother like daughter!). It runs in the family. This card exudes a "warmth" and be prepared for the fall feeling. Love it! Cami

Your card is beautiful Trina! You have the best Prisma colored images I have ever seen. You don't need Copics - although, for the record THEY'RE GREAT! Your coloring is just so detail tho. I love them! Great job on the card!

Your Sarah Kay card is just gorgeous! I've only just got into colouring with alcohol markers so will try your way of putting pencils on top - I think it might help with the shading!
